I've worked with Carter Security for the past five years as an honorary member of the team, working on a freelance basis for the past three years.

Working in the security sector is incredibly rewarding, with Carter Security Officers taking on new roles such as COVID-19 marshals during the global pandemic. To me, this demonstrates the versatility of the industry and just how dedicated security personnel are to keeping everyone safe.

Most recently, Nick and I have worked on the redesign of the website. This has been a brilliant project and has stretched my skills into design, it's been great to see it all come together. I always look forward to my trips to Wisbech to sit with the team, and I'm looking forward to Carter Staffing and Carter Consultancy becoming leaders in their fields just as Carter Security already is.
