Carter Security Covid-19 marshals advise and support members of the public and businesses on following current government COVID-19 guidance. 

Covid-19 marshals advise and support members of the public and businesses on following current government COVID-19 guidance. Whilst a COVID-19 marshal cannot enforce the rules, their conflict management and customer relations training greatly assists police and council officers who do have the powers to act.

Our Covid-19 Marshals:


•    Help businesses manage queues.
•    Support social distancing in crowded public areas.
•    Remind people to wear face coverings when necessary.
•    Assist with regular cleaning of frequently touched surfaces.


Having COVID-19 marshals patrolling heavily populated areas within towns and cities raises awareness for the protocols needed to reduce infection rates of COVID-19. We shall continue to support local councils with the deployment of COVID-19 marshals for as long it is deemed necessary to do so.
