Daniel Rose!
A huge well done to Daniel Rose, who has won the 'Tony Award' for October.
Tony has a few words to say about this brilliant team player:
"I am pleased to present the Monthly Tony Award for October to Daniel Rose. Daniel works on one of our Kier contracts in Cambridge and has done so for some time now. Not only does he go to great lengths to get to work (including a bus journey, train journey, followed by a long walk from the train station), but he does so without a grumble, just to ensure that he is on site on time and represent the company in a professional manner.
"With the addition of working on his usual site, Daniel assists on a regular basis with covering our other Kier contract, and often with short notice. He is a great team player and his attitude towards work is fantastic. His communication with the office is really good and he always ensures that his reports are submitted to a good standard and in a timely manner."
Teamwork is a huge part of any role within the security industry, whether that's from working together on site to covering other sites if there's a staff shortage. Daniel Rose is the perfect example of a dedicated member of staff that's flexible in his approach to working, making him an incredible example to other security officers and a worthy winner of the Tony Award.
Without members of staff like Daniel, CSS Ltd wouldn't have the reputation it does, and therefore we hope he will make good use of his £50 Amazon voucher as a token of our appreciation and display the trophy with pride!
We hope the award motivates staff to be the best that they can be, as well as showing just how important they are to the company. We believe it's hugely important to show each and every member of staff how they're appreciated, especially as the security industry can be a tough sector to work in!
We're looking forward to next month and seeing how staff perform, there are already plenty of candidates in the running to receive November's monthly Tony Award -- it's going to be a very difficult choice!
