As we're sure you're aware, every month, we select a member of the CSS Ltd team to become the winner of our internal Tony Award, as recognition for their hard work. As a token of our appreciation, they receive Amazon vouchers to the value of £50, and they get to hold the title of the Tony Award Winner for that month!
We take staff appreciation incredibly seriously. We understand that establishing a world-life balance in the security industry is difficult. There's long shifts to contend with, short notice cover, potential long distance travel and not forgetting the everyday risks of the job. We aim to give every security officer and support staff the chance to win, and we feel this encourages and maintains the high levels of security that we're so proud of.
Every month it's difficult to select just one winner, but today we're thrilled to announce that the Tony Award winner is: Kevin Greenwood! Well done! Here is what Tony has to say about him -
"I am pleased to say that this month's Tony Award is being awarded to Kevin Greenwood. Kevin has been working with the company for quite some time now, providing a consistently great service to our client.
"Whilst some officers may feel that they do not have a chance of receiving the Monthly Award, as they only work on one site, or they can't work extra shifts, Kevin is proof that it is possible.
"Knowing that a site is in safe hands and that an officer is making a great representation of the company is every Ops Managers dream. I have recently received outstanding feedback from the client, reaffirming the decision to make him this month's winner."
We hope that Kevin winning this month goes to show that we take the feedback of our clients incredibly seriously. Whilst every business would react to bad feedback, we understand just how valuable good feedback is, and make a conscious effort to recognise it.
