Despite being a national security provider, we focus on providing quality security at a local level to business who need attention to detail. We're hugely proud of the journey our business has taken, but it hasn't been without strict quality control along the way! There are four key factors to consider to ensure quality security at a national level:

  • Recruiting the right individuals
  • Focussing on ongoing training
  • Appreciating our staff
  • Managing a large team remotely

We work hard to recruit the best individuals

We have made it our mission to never subcontract staff, and we've turned down contracts in the past if we felt like this could have become an issue. Quality will always come first. We feel as though when you go down the route of subcontracting, you can lose a valuable relationship with your staff. Because of this, we would be unable to guarantee the quality of their work, and for us, that isn't a risk worth taking!

We focus on quality training

All of our security officers hold a valid SIA license, but our training goes much further than that. We have a dedicated training facility at our head office in Wisbech, and our focus will always be on developing each and every security officer so they can reach their full potential, especially during this difficult economic climate.

We make staff appreciation a priority

At the heart of our company is staff appreciation. We think it's incredibly important to recognise the hard work our security team do. This industry is a difficult one. It requires a type of dedication only select individuals can provide. The hours are often anti-social, it can be risky, but more than that, it's an incredible responsibility.

We're comfortable managing our team remotely

Any growing company that expands into new areas will eventually have a problem when it comes to managing staff remotely. We've combatted that by investing in a tool called Deputy. This allows our security officers to log in, log the times they start and finish, and their breaks as well. It also allows our clients to know we're dedicated in remote management and ensuring that standards will never slip.
