The most valuable asset you have are your people!
For us that’s our ‘dream team’ at head office and every single one of our SIA licenced security officers across the UK.
How can we keep your teams safe?
Keyholding and Lock/Unlock
Having a designated keyholder means that you need not pass that responsibility to a member of your team – adding a weight of responsibility and putting them in a potentially risky situations. Keyholders are required to unlock at the start of a shift, and lock up at the end – the is often is anti-social hours and could mean they’re working late and alone with little to no training on how to keep their security as a top priority
Our security officers are highly trained, and in full uniform. This means they’re not only a great deterrent to crime, but excellent at de-escalation techniques or detaining individuals until the local authorities arrive should they need to.
Having an external security provider such as Carter Security as your designated keyholder also means you’re removing the risk of keys being lost or copied – putting your business at risk.
Alarm response
We also offer an alarm response service, where you as the client would direct the initial text message or call from a monitoring station to our 24-hour alarm response mobile number.
We then deploy a security guard in a highly visible and branded vehicle to any site and any location. We will confront and remove any unauthorised person(s), report any criminal damage and theft, and contact authorities on your behalf. This can be at any time during the day or night – including when you might have staff on site.
All particulars will be recorded by the guard and submitted to you as the client in the format of an incident log. We will also call the local authorities should we need to, putting the safety of your teams at the forefront of our priorities.
So, if you're looking to further your career within the security industry, please check the careers section on our website or email us an up-to-date copy of your C.V. We never subcontract, we invest in training and we work hard to support our staff. We look forward to meeting you.
