As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and delivering a long-term strategy that enhances our market presence and drives business growth. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, this full-time, office-based position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000.

Detail-Oriented: From maintaining our websites to managing accreditations, precision and attention to detail are essential.
Experienced in Marketing Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp and WIX is a must, along with a strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing techniques.
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating both the Carter Security and Carter Outdoor Pursuits websites, using the WIX platform to ensure a professional and engaging online presence.
- Driving the continued development of our online profile, including SEO optimisation, regular blogging, social media management, and maintaining third-party listings.
- Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, with a focus on customer journeys and Mailchimp expertise.
- Overseeing the maintenance of trading accreditations and subscriptions to ensure compliance and enhance our reputation.
- Designing creative promotional materials for both print and digital channels, ensuring all content aligns with our brand identity.
