Due to continued business growth, we excited to share that we have a new position available. We’re recruiting for an additional Compliance Officer to join our existing team.

What is the position?
As with any position within the security sector, no day will ever be the same! Responibilities include:
- Managing any discrepancies raised by the office regarding non-compliance of employees
- Inducting new starters
- Conduct on site interviews
- Overseeing staff appraisals
- Leading staff training
- Potential shift relief as required
What are the prerequisites for the role?
Security: 1 year (required)
We also require an SIA Door Supervisor license, and extensive knowledge of the security industry is essential.
Due to travel being a factor, a full UK driving license is also required prior to applying.
Where will be position be based?
We’re a growing national company, but this position will be focussed around:
- Peterborough
- Coventry
- Leicester
- Birmingham.
Because of the travel involved, we will supply a company vehicle for business use only. We have a fleet of fully electric vehicles, with automatic transition.
What salary can be expected?
We will be offering the competitive salary of £14.00 per hour.
What about shift patterns?
Full-time, Permanent.
Shift patterns will be a 6 on 3 off, with working hours of 10pm - 6am.
It might also be that we’d need occasional weekend availability too.
