Do you have what it takes to step up and become a key worker during these difficult times? If you've recently been made redundant, or you're looking for a career in which you know you'll be making a difference, then perhaps a career in security is the right choice for you? Unlike many industries at the moment, we are actively recruiting dedicated individuals, over the age of 18, who hold a valid SIA licence to step up into the role of security guards.

Many security companies subcontract officers, but we don't do this. We prefer to take the time to get to know the applicants, ensuring they're the right fit for us as a company -- and vice versa! In doing so, we're to offer our clients the highest quality of security, and pay our security officers above the minimum wage in compensation for their dedication to the role.

Never before has it been more important to recruit the right people. Security officers are classified as key workers, and our team have worked hard throughout the coronavirus pandemic to keep other key workers, customers and members of the public safe. We've had to adapt to new social distancing measures and ensure that we are following the most up to date government guidelines.

We have also had to adapt to new operating within new industries, particularly stepping up our presence in local supermarkets, across the high street in general and in coronavirus regional testing centres. In doing so, our security officers are on the front line, and the last 6 months have made us prouder than ever before of the hard work our incredible team has done in the face of such unknown.

This makes it even more important to ensure that only the right men and women join our team in filling our latest vacancies. We need people who are:

  • Trustworthy
  • Have a great sense of teamwork
  • Able to stay calm in volatile circumstances
  • Be professional and take pride in their work
  • Understand the importance of social distancing

With more guidelines being released weekly by the government, and local lockdowns changing the way certain businesses operate, security guards will likely take the brunt of people's aversion for the new rules. We're therefore looking for security guards who have a great way with people, who are confident in their roles and responsibilities and who will be proud to be part of what is already an excellent security team.

So, if you're looking to further your career within the security industry, please check the careers section on our website or email us an up to date copy of your C.V. We look forward to meeting you.
