Who are we recruiting for?

As historically only a security provider, we’re recruiting for security guards in the Kings Lynn and West Norfolk area. We’re also looking for door supervisors and mobile patrol officers.

All of the security officers we recruit must hold a valid SIA license before applying. This is hugely important as it sets a base standard for the expectations we required and ensures you’re qualified for the role.

We will also request that candidates are flexible with their working hours, as the nature of most security contracts are that they are out of hours, including evening and weekend work. We’d be looking for someone who not only has excellent communication skills, but someone who is confident when faced with confrontation, and able to remain professional at all times. We’d also need someone who is trustworthy, and able to represent Carter Security to a high standard. We’ve worked hard to build the exceptional reputation we have and maintaining it will always be a priority and responsibility of anyone who wears our uniform.
