Both our security officers and office team must pride themselves on their communication. For our security division, communication with our clients and the general public is a skill that is of utmost importance. It’s a brilliant descalation technique and it’s also necessary for end-of-shift reports.
Our office team also have to be brilliant communicators, from project-planning to sales calls and everything in between!
A is for Accountability
We take a huge amount of pride in what we do, and accountability is an important cultural value that we stand by. Being accountable for your successes allows individuals within the business to take credit for their hard work. It also allows everyone to know who to turn to when it comes to the management of different areas of the business.

By reducing the risk of crime whenever our security officers are on shift, we know we’re making a difference, and being reliable is a standard we hold ourselves to. It means not only being on time, but being present, ready and prepared. We’re relied on to do an exceptional job, and the same applies to the supporting office team.

Carter Security wouldn’t be what it isn’t today without the exceptional team we have – from our security officers, door supervisors and mobile patrols, all the way through to our office team.
