1. Secure your perimeters
The first thing to consider is securing your perimeters with effective fencing, or with concrete blockades if your construction site won’t be in use for a number of weeks or months. We’d recommend high mental fencing and ensuring that any hedgerows or trees are well maintained to avoid overgrowing. Reliable fencing such as concrete or timber hoarding with added anti-climb precautions or barbed wire around your perimeter is a great choice too.
2. Invest in a robust alarm system and an alarm response service
An effective alarm system is a must, no matter what industry you're in. You may also want to opt for an alarm response service, whereby our SIA licensed security officers are dispatched the moment your alarm is triggered. 3. CCTV installation and motion-sensored lighting
