This shows that they are serious about the role, that they've invested in a career in security, and that they hold the relevant qualifications necessary to hold the license.

The next step is to ensure they are fully trained. We run regular in house training sessions with all of our security guards to ensure that standards are upheld across the company. Whether it's updated training modules, changes in legislation, sector specific training or our own internal policies, we ensure that all of our security guards are up to date with all of their training.

We take this very seriously. Our security guards might be trusted with a set of keys to your main gate so they can patrol around the building. They might even be key holders to your business premises in case of emergency.
