For over 30 years we have strived to be the best security provider in the UK. Starting from humble beginnings, we have built a nationwide business, providing quality security to businesses up and down the country. As a response to the recent pandemic, we have also adapted our services to include COVID-19 Marshalls, but despite these changes, our core values have never faltered. We still invest in quality training for each of our security personnel, and we never subcontract staff, instead choosing to hire individuals directly. We believe this ensures the quality service we are known for.

We'd be lying if we said that the past year hasn't been tough -- just like many businesses across the country we have faced uncertainty and have had to make difficult decisions. We'd watched with heavy hearts as clients and friends in the hospitality sector have closed their doors indefinitely and we'd worked hard to keep our employees safe, navigating the risk of COVID-19 each and every day. With the majority of our workforce unable to work from home, we have adapted, strengthed and evolved the service we provide.

For us, it's really highlighted just how much we love what we do and how much we have been able to support businesses and individuals over the past year.

• If a business has had to close its doors temporarily because of COVID-19, we can still patrol the site to protect it from theft and vandalism.
• If your business has needed additional security to encourage social distancing and other government guidelines, we are fully trained and can step in and support.

We are also incredibly thankful for everyone who is part of the Carter Solutions and Services team.
